Our Lady Queen of Peace Festa Greystanes (Marija Bambina)

The Our Lady of Victories Festa is known as either Il-Vitorja or Il-Bambina in Malta and is a national public holiday there. It celebrates the birth of Mary (il-Bambina), as well several historical events that give it the celebration of victory – particularly, the end of the Great Siege in 1565 and Italy’s withdrawal from WWII in 1943.

The Greystanes feast includes rides, entertainment and a market stall as well as plenty of food and drinks.
